After five and a half years of music, mischief, and memories, Accra’s beloved nightlife haven, Garage, is calling last orders. The East Legon favorite announced on Instagram that Sunday, June 29, 2025, will be its final night — and it’s shaping up to be a big one.
In a post titled “End of an Era – Thank You Accra,” the club gave a heartfelt shoutout to its loyal fans, DJs, performers, and staff, calling the venue “a movement, not just a place.”
“What started as a bold idea turned into a movement,” the message read. “A place where Accra came alive with music, flavour, culture, and unforgettable memories.”
Since its opening, Garage has been the spot for after-hours fun, attracting a buzzing mix of partygoers, music lovers, and night owls. Known for its high-energy vibes and solid music lineup, it quickly became a mainstay in the city’s ever-growing nightlife scene.

No official word yet on why the club is shutting down, but fans are definitely feeling the loss. Instagram comments ranged from nostalgic thank-yous to emotional farewells, with many already planning their return for one last dance.
But don’t shed too many tears just yet — the team behind Garage hinted that this isn’t the end of the road entirely.
“This isn’t goodbye forever. Just the end of this chapter,” they wrote, leaving the door just slightly open for what might come next.
Until then, mark your calendars: Sunday, June 29 will be the final chance to toast Garage and all the nights it made unforgettable. See you on the dance floor — one last time.
